Dr. Oluwaleye Oluwatula is a performance- driven coach , a leader, and an accomplished business savvy professional. He is sought after in the corporate world, delivering optimal results and business value in high-growth enviroments, and establishing key relationships with business segments.
He hails from Nigeria, West Africa.Had his secondary education at Federal Government College Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He proceeded to the prestigious Olafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria where he badged Bachelors of Science in Economics.
In further demonstration of his unwavering passion for corporate productivity and excellence , he attended St Mary's University of Minnesota, USA for Master of Science in Project Management and Master of Business Administration.Also in his upwardly mobile trend, he attained Doctor of Education and Ledership at St Mary's University of Minnesota.
Over the years , he has lived up to his billings with proven track record as a meticulous leader, trainer and coach to many corporate organizations.He workrd as a Project Manager and Consultant between May 2010 - February 2020 at Matthews and Dicksons Consulting LLC at Greater Minneapolis - St Paul area,Minnesita USA where he served the organization with his mental and technical resources.
He presently serves as Director, Coach, and Trainer at Lesmod Management & Consulting, McKinney, TX. As a businesssavvy professional, he oversees andcontrols all operational budgets acrossorganization for continuous process improvement.
Having been an Independent Contractor forover five years in the Non-EmergencyMedical Transportation (NEMT) sector, he founded Praise Medical Transportation LLC in McKinney Texas along with a businesspartner.
Their mission is to eliminate barriers and mobility constraints forindividuals seeking healthcare services.He is presently affiliated with the following professional bodies.

Oluwafunke was born and raised in the city of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria where she spent the early part of her life. From her days at Ayodele Nursery and Preparatory school, to Queens School, and eventually to Poly Ibadan, Oluwafunke used all her gained experiences to succeed in her very first business of clothing and jewelry. Here, she excelled greatly, thanks to the traits from her late father who was a state auditor, and the resilience of her mother.
Prior to being one of the Directors at Lesmod, Oluwafunke worked under various capacities. From being a Mortgage Loan Document Specialist at one of the top banks in the United States, to being a Customer Service Representative at a company that makes sleeping as convenient as possible. She also rose through the ranks when she worked as a Direct Support Professional for Group Homes and an Assisted Living Facility.
Oluwafunke also partnered with one of her uncles in Nigeria from 2010 through 2015 who bided for audit jobs within Lagos State. Because of her financial prowess, she has since been entrusted to be the sole keeper of her co-operative's monthly cash contributions in tune of $15,000 for over three years now.
Presently, she is a Scrum Master and a Coach with Professional Certification within the information technology sector .
She is happily married with three handsome boys.
